So, after much thought, I am going to do a stir fry for dinner. I have some asian slaw and brocolli slaw I need to use up, some been sprouts, baby corn, brocolli crowns, green peppers, red onion, carrot matchsticks... I will stir fry that all up with some soy sauce and this sweet garlic pepper sauce I have which should only add a couple of points for DH's WW tally... I have some shrimp I want to get rid of so I will add that to our dishes and do some chicken up for the girls tonight as they won't go near shrimp with a ten foot pole... I have tried... it was one of those "Pink Princess Chicken A La Salmon" experiments that just flopped... I will give hubby his cup of rice for four points... That is a lot of Veg I have planned so he might not be too hungryfor more rice. He still has that psychological thing going on with the carbs though- where he thinks he needs to fill his plate (maybe it is the Italian thing????) I don't know, I grew up with a baked potato on my plate....LOL that was my Carb- easy to measure! PLOP there ya go- potato! Pasta and Rice are harder to measure I think and when you have a traditional Italian Mama loading you plate FOR you... then you learn some bad habits... I get it... I am just trying to figure out how much rice I am going to have to cook (I don't like rice the next day- it gets crunchy)... Can't wait to cook on my NEW STOVE

Jesse-I just put them in a skillet with chopped garlic, olive oil and a little water-of course salt n pepper. Sometimes I'll add some chopped tomatoes or pimento.

Are those fresh raw beans, canned beans or fresh cooked beans or frozen.....there is a lot left up to the imagination here Lacey.

I decided to just do the chicken- no shrimp...and I am merinading it in Chinese Five Spice, Soy Sauce, a little OJ, Onion, Garlic, Steak Seasoning, Salt, Cumin... and something else I just can't remember at the moment... but it smells good...

LOL - you sound like me when I am making a marinade! A little of this, a little of that. They are never quite the same because I don't measure and I have a tendency to throw anything in!
