Ok, ya'll! I am so happy! The tests came back from the biopsy on my Mom! NO CANCER!!!!! NO CANCER!!! NO CANCER!!!!! Thank you all for your care and concern! I appreciate it more than you will know! Now, all that's left for them to do with Mama is to wait 3 months and do another scan checking on the "hotspot" showing in her lung. They put the camera down there and everything, but could not biopsy it because of some veins or some such. But at least we know the "hotspot" showing in her neck is not cancer!

Slight change for tonight-instead of garlic smashed it's baked sweet potatoes-lots of garlic on the pork loin and of course the beans. Don't want to kill the neighbors.
Last night I had a dream I cooked turkey-it was smell-o-dreaming, so today I got a turkey breast and it's desfrosting-probably Sat. dinner.

Oh, no!!! I totally forgot about dinner until I saw this thread. I've got nothing. Absolutely nothing in the house that will please anyone but me. Guess I'm dragging the munchkins to the grocery store.
Eeeewww poooo! Between you and skbs's oven in flames I think we could create a disaster movie, throw in the exploding milk can - and Bruce Willis - and we're good to go! Nomad on camera, of course...

Stir fry is done and AWESOME if I do say so myslef... don't know what the heck that secret ingredient was that I put in that chicken merinade but I wish I could remember! Even my pickiest eater is excited for dinner tonight (I suspect it is the baby corn!) Just need hubby to get home to eat now...
