Talking Fish stix...yeah right; more like fish twigs

We had fish sticks, steamed broccoli and macaroni with tomatoes( baked with cheese on top). I know fish stix used to be bigger. These were like guppy fillets or something. Pitiful.....but yummy

CYN what did you have for din din? I guess I'll find out tomorrow huh

I made Zesty Chicken Rottelli. Really good and easy. I grill chicken breast pieces and sautee them with tomato, fresh basil, onion, lots of garlic, oliveoil, chicken bullion, cyanne pepper for zest Let this simmer and it is just awsome when you toss in the rottelli.
Well good eats to all!

Hope all goes well NMS........you will be in my thoughts! A friend of mine just had shoulder surgery today too.

Our house hunting was discouraging. Everything was either redone but very small .... like 1,000 square feet or located in a dumpy area

On the way home we got a dozen tamales....red and green, a pint of green chile, and some bean burritos. Yum!

Oh, I can't stand house hunting. There is always a lot of give and take with a house... good luck... the right one will come along... but it is frustrating... sometimes the search alone makes you want to eat a whole cake in one sitting... I suggest the one Elston baked today LOL Sounds like a real stress buster

It took me 6 months to find the house that I wanted. That was 12 years ago and I still LOVE it. Keep your chin up. You'll find what you want if you don't rush. Good Luck
