Red sauce in the bottle called ketchup. Yep just a lot of plain old good ketchup. I suppose you could use some spiked up tomato sauce too. I'm just not good with herbs and spices and wouldn't know where to start.

Ketchup counts as an herb.....doesn't it???

Don't know what DH has in mind for tonite. Probaby something simple. He spent most of the day cleaning out the garage.

Red Flannel Hash is made of the chopped up left over from a NE Boiled Dinner including boiled beets! It was a regular in my childhood home...cooked in a black cast iron frying pan and finished off in the oven. Green tomato *****lily <--(Does the word pickle need to be censored?) was frequently served on the side.....but us kids liked it with lots of ketchup!
