Peppers & eggs were so good the other night I made them again tonight, taking advantage of summer while it's here. What it lacked in imagination it made up for in yummy, along with a glass of wine or two I'm a happy camper

OK! Ike may be hitting my area around next Tuesday as a Cat 4 I think.
The house is halfway shuttered up from when Gustav was coming. I think this weekend we'll shop & cook and get all my errands done and put up the rest of the shutters.

We have all the stuff outside too that has to be honkered down.

What does this all have to do with What's for Dinner Tonight?

Nutting!

Oh good. I'm safe! Thanks for bailing me out.

I'm actually beginning to get worried about this Ike fellow so we do have to plan, plan, plan.

Sounds wonderful - recipe? or do I need to go back and look at previous posts? What type of peppers, etc?

Not to worry. It was very good. I had a small slice. It will last 4 days the way we cut it.
