It was a Turkey Sub from Wegmans... loaded with all of the veggies possible...honey mustard (and they put oil and mayo on it w/o my knowing)...Zap's Kettle Chips... Jalapeno flavored of course ... and a diet soda... I dont' know why I get a Diet when I obviously don't give a darn about the chips... hmmmmm...Deep thoughts by SKBS...

So, got my meds... Doc said the migraine should be gone in about two days... all is good... kids are fed and playing nicely... (knock on wood)bedtime is in 30 minutes... then I can just veg...hubby is working late... got the tv to myself...

Have a good night everyone

So the stir fry is off for tonight. I was reading back a couple pages or so and got an idea from Elston to stuff my green peppers with the leftover chli from yesterday I am going to mix in some jasmine rice and top with tomatoe soup mix. I bought gorditas to sop up the plate At least it was cheap easy
Hope everyone's meal turns out great!!

I had some gorgonzola ravioli in the freezer, made a simple sauce of browned butter/fresh sage/chopped walnuts. Other than water boiling time a simple, tasty dinner in 6 minutes

Pastured chicken from my chicken broker at the Farmer's market; cooked in my genuine Ronco Showtime Rotisserie (don't laugh, it was inherited and it does make decent chicken) with a side of mashed potatoes and a cucumber/green bean/tomato salad.

It was awesome.

Went to one of those nasty AYCE buffets again. Dinner, therefore, is a Canadian Club & water and some pretzel rods!
I hate those all you can eat buffets like Home Town Buffet and the Asian ones are even worse, If i stop at the salads....I'd be ok....but I dont and I eat way to much of mediocre food.....and hate myself immediately after....so much discomfort for such swill.

I hope you like it, we did. I used tomato sauce but soup would be great and I put a lot of shredded mild cheddar on top and served the rice on the side. I will do it the next time I have left over chili; its was really good.

I need to be brave and do cheese cake...but first I need to get a spring form pan.
