I'm in beautiful sunny summer Sunday slacker mode.

Dinner prep will consist of unwrapping/uncorking, salami, pepperoni, provolone, ciabatta, olives, roasted red peppers, vino

Did not feel much like cooking today, so I picked up a rotisserie chicken, and I'll make salad and some corn on the cob.

Had a busy day with laundry, grocery shopping, and a matinee at our favorite outdoor repertory theatre an hour away, so by the time we got it all done, we opted for take-out Chinese. Kind of a cop-out, I'll admit, but easy to fix and clean up after, which was exactly what we wanted.

Here's wishing everyone a great week!

Hey any advice on how to make my own egg rolls? Veg style..
Thinking stir fry tomorrow. Jasmine rice... Maybe egg rolls... Dunno. I think Elston might know

I am all footballed out for today. Robert Dean played in the pool (naked butt haha!) I cooked and cleaned up. Hubby watched football, got full on chili, and then took a nap. What a nice Sunday
CYN I told Robert Dean about your cookies. He asked if you could send him one lol

Appetizer was guacamole with chips during the football game, which the Chargers lost.

For dinner we had some of the pintos that I made yesterday, refried, on flour tortillas with a little yogurt on top.

Monday night we will have turkey meatballs of some kind. I have not decided whether to go greek or asian style with them.
