EM we call those Haystacks here. They are addicting.

Good Morning all
Not cooking today as we won't be home until later.
I think this week with all of your great ideas I am going to settle on making a spaghetti sauce with meatballs chourico and sausage. Maybe tomorrow or Tuesday. We'll see what the week brings.

Have a great day all.

Hi, all.

Interesting reading about the rep points. How do you find out what your "full rep power" is on a particular thread?

Not sure about dinner yet. Told hubby I'd like to get the plants in the ground - we bought them about a month ago!

Hi everybody. Dinner is probably leftovers of the baked pasta thingie I made last night. It was sooo good! The sharp cheddar really hit the spot.

Has anyone else found that they get most of their rep points not on their longest, seemingly most "helpful" posts, but on their one-liner funny posts, or on a post that says simply "I am having chicken legs and vegetables for dinner" instead?

It's pretty uncanny for me. Sometimes I work really hard on a long post and NOTHING.. Then along comes Mr. chicken legs and vegetables and everybody loves me?! hehe.

Congrats to hubby on his birthday, younglisa.

Now, gang, what I have going on now is the arm beef roast I mentioned earlier. It's in my crockpot and it will be ready in 4 hours. What I did was add one cup of Lipton onion soup mix and I threw in some whole Green Giant mushrooms, and all of that is being incorporated in my crockpot now.

So it's just not me I noticed that too but didn't see the pattern. I give someone a rep and they only increase by one. Thanks for letting us know

Fellow Foodies:

It does appear that reps in this thread are set at 1 point each. If you want to know more about rep please do review the TOS policy or FAQ's in About the Forum on rep points and repping in general. Reps are to be used for posts you deem worthy.

Let's get back on topic discussing "What's for dinner tonight". There are a lot of visitors that visit this thread every day looking for dinner ideas.

Lacey good luck with your showing today. The food cooking will be a nice touch.

YLisa tell DH happy bday enjoy your 'trip to town' are you baking a cake?

skbs I know you will enjoy your family bday celebrations with food and fellowship!

SmokyMtnGal thank you for your post but I disagree with this thread's rep reduction. I will address it in the 'about the forum' area.

Don't know what we are having for supper yet but it won't be any kind of fowl I got my fill of foul in this thread's reduction today.
