Tonight I am making oven BBQed world's smallest brisket. Its a little under 2lbs!!! I am also making haluski (cabbage and noodles) and corn on the cob.

We're "goin' down South" for dinner tonight: fried pork chops, bacon collard greens, sweet potato and apple casserole, jalapeno cornbread and cherry spice cake for dessert. I'm in the mood for a nice crunchy pork chop!

A cream of vegetable soup, sweet and soup red cabbage, cucumber salad with dill dressing and a crusty loaf of bread from a local German bakery.

My husband will bring home a Riesling.

Baked apples with a maple glaze.

I made Rachel ray's sweet potato topped shepherds pie, salad and warm french bread. Deep dish Apple pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
