Nope I can give you the recipe.

1 pound of chicken cutlets I cut them up into bite sized cubes instead of making them like thin cutlets
2 tbsps. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic.
1 cup red wine ( never have marsala on hand) use a wine you would drink
2 cups sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste

Sprinkle chicken with flour salt and pepper, heat up a large skillet and melt butter and olive oil together. Add chicken and cook until opaque ( do not over cook because it will cook more in the sauce.) Re move from pan with slotted spoon. Add mushroom's and cook until tender but not mushy. Add wine and cook for about 4 minutes. Add chicken back to pan and cook another 5 minutes. If you like the sauce thin then leave as is. I like mine slightly thicker so I add 1/4 water and 2 Tbsp. Corn starch to thicken my sauce.

Home by myself tonight and just about over a salmonella infection that has had me very ill for the past six weeks, I made the Cucumber Sesame Noodle Salad from Simply Ming. Really good, easy to prepare, and light--perfect for warm weather. Not so sure if it will be good for my stomach.
