Zola's baked beans on toast sound good. Anyway I am making hubby 2 thick cut bone in pork chops, I am also making us a salad and a broccoli casserole. I will be eating meatless tonight.

Meatloaf with brown gravy instead of a tomato-based sauce. Also, mashed potatoes, green beans, and dinner rolls.

Tonight we're having Southern fried chicken legs and thighs, cheesy-bacon Hasselback potatoes, collards and cherry margaritas.

Leftover lamb burgers with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Jerk chicken with rice, black beans, sweet fried plantain, and sour cream. Bonus is that my husband's cooking almost all of it. I'm zonked!
