Tonight we have from the leftover lentil soup ( channa & masoor daal) lentil parathas served with mango or lime pickles,homemade plain yogurt,an onion and cilantro salad and lassi/water to drink. For dessert Bartlett pear.

Yes sheena they are pickled limes or lemons,mango or even mixed pickled vegetables.

Today I will cook up some chicken thighs, let them cool and then shred them. I will use the meat in a make your own burrito buffet for tonight's dinner. I might have a Modelo but maybe not.
