Just finished my last project so Spring Break is ON!
Unfortunately, I'm exhausted!
So I just splurged and ordered neopolitan pizza and chicken goat cheese calzone, a small spinach, pancetta, and goat cheese salad, and a small greek salad. Yummers!
Tonight boneless chicken breast brushed with these flavors
canola oil/melted ghee or oil of your choice
chili powder
oregano
salt to taste
garlic powder
Also added on the tray sliced red/yellow/green peppers and thinly sliced red /or sweet Vidalia onion thinly sliced mixed in leftover above spices. Baked in the oven at 400 F until chicken is ready ( about 35 minutes)Lastly sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken breast and leave in the oven for a few minutes til melted.
Thinking to serve it with naan and rice and a mixed garden salad.
This meal was such a hit last week I was asked to make it tonight again. It is so flavorful and the taste was delicious and the presentation of this meal looked colorful and pretty.
Texas Roadhouse. DS had sirloin steak medium rare, loaded baked potato, red chili with cheddar cheese and red onion. I had the BBQ chicken breast, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, and the red chili with onion and cheddar. Sweet tea to drink. Warm yeast rolls with cinnamon butter.
