We need to get back on track after gaining pounds on our 2-week vacation. I'll probably steam some broccoli and maybe make a roasted-vegetable quinoa salad to go with leftover brats.
opened a can of salmon yesterday to make faux lox and bagels for breakfast, so am using the rest of the can for salmon patties tonight. I will a fruit salad which is always so good this time of year and cook up broccoli and cauliflower. That is about it for tonight. I need to cut back on the carbs.
The boss let me make a club salad and take it home free of charge, so that's my dinner tonight with a Coca Cola and Hostess Ding Dong for dessert. I like easy.
