Mmmm...... I am going to try the torsk tonight with ling cod I have in the freezer... and I need to fry the chicken gizzards tonight (boiled them already).

There are so many ways to go horribly wrong, and the first "wrong" is the menu.

Wish me luck! At the very least, the dogs may end up with some homemade treats....

I so hope you like it. It is definitely a family favorite. Just be careful with the scotch bonnets!

Just a roast beef, tomatoes, honey mustard sandwich and a slice of cantaloupe. Weather is way too warm for hot cooked food.

Cast iron petite steak fried in butter, mixed salad w/homemade Ranch dressing & a Punk IPA.

I normally shun dessert (not a sugar lover), but I tried a microwave chocolate mug cake last week & it was good... for now, I'll ignore my chocolate allergy & just enjoy a cupcake on a lazy, hot evening.
