A bit disappointed in the farmer's market this morning. peaches had no scent, corn was either dried out or picked too young. But my sausage guy had an interesting looking duck pate, something I haven't tried before, so I'll have that with some toast and pickled asparagus, followed by a salad, and if I'm still hungry, a bowl of berries with whipped cream.

Inspired by Medtran so thawing out some chicken tamales Chef Daughter made for us. Have about eight corn tortillas in the refrigerator and I'll make those into a quick version of cheese enchiladas with some of her tomato olive salsa. Cook up some cumin rice.

No sweet corn at the Farmer's Market today. It's growing fast now but we've had too much rain and not enough sun.

Oh how I would love to have spaghetti and garlic bread (and wine)--your entire menu sounds so good! I'd love to find a good keto substitute for these.

Last night I had pork in the crock pot, with some ginger & sweet & sour sauce, onions & pepper. Rice & some carrot salad with Asian dressing.

Tonight it will be a ham slice, baked potato, spinach, baked beans & whatever I find lurking in the fridge.

I will do chicken quarters smothered in mushrooms and onions with some nice fresh spices. Also am steaming some asparagus, mashing a sweet potato with a brandy sauce and serving cottage cheese topped with tomatoes and cukes. I have to find some way to use up all the cukes and tomatoes, Every day there are more to pick.

Yum! I add dried herbs, garlic powder and ground flax (different things different times) and really like it.
