well all our entertaining is over for awhile and now it is time to think of our upcoming cruise. We will spend this week cleaning out the fridge, so tonight. God only knows what we are having. I know we will be enjoying some nice veggies for sure. Otherwise, I have no idea. I am thinking seafood pasta which is always fun and tasty. It isn't particularly cold but will be in a day or two, so I think soup will be in the plans later this week.

There is a lot of simple food in my life right now. Last night we ordered Chinese. Tonight either leftover hodge podge or ham and Swiss on wheat with jalapeño potato chips and a pickle and baby carrots and orange slices.

Baby girl will be enjoying some milk.

Debsi - you have a very precious reason to take it easy in the kitchen. Wish I could send you a dinner care package.

Looks like spicy grilled chicken breast, mashed potatoes and a big spinach salad. Have to get the potatoes out of the pantry.

Tonight we are having apricot-glazed turkey breast slices, au gratin potatoes, roasted asparagus, and apple cobbler with French vanilla ice cream for dessert.

I've been craving a chili dog, so that's what we're making tonight. And I may make some cole slaw to go along with it.
