Big wedge of fresh lettuce, with peppercorn ranch (Lite house) and bacon strips (Jimmy Dean, better than the hormel stuff which I find slimy). Fresh tomato pieces on the side. Salt and cracked pepper. Half a cheddar english muffin, toasted, with Promise/Active margarine. Iced tea (Lipton, sugar free).

Yesterday was a lot of SUSHI..... california roll, tempura roll called the DIABLO ROLL with bbq sauce on it (very yummy), cucumber roll, a roll with shrimp that had some onion crunchies on the outside called the Cinema Roll, and a Too Crazy Roll with Tuna and Pesto......

Split it with my very hungry hubby of course..... do you honestly think I could eat all that myself???? You have to see the menu of this place... if you like sushi you will just be so jealous....

took a walk through Costco and had a ton of freebies - pecan pie, sushi, gnocchi, pretzels w/ garlic cheese, bruchetta, chips & salsa, Chinese dumplings, bourbon chicken.
