As supper progressed it turned out to be a fresh tomato and spinach to go with the steak.

Ah gee wizzzz---shoot! I forgot to take out the pork chops before I left to go and get my hair done so the pork chops will have to be tomorrow it looks like. If I remember to take them out of the freezer! Tonight I will bake up a couple of chimichangas. I made several a while back and froze extras just for these kind of days! I'll whip up a salad to set them ontop of plus put a bit of sour cream and salsa on them and bingo--dinner!!! No clean up and I can relax. I don't know why but a day at the hairdresser and then just a little shopping and I am beat! It is very humid and in the low 80's so I'm sure that doesn't help.

Welcome SES! It is indeed a very unique and supportive group. They will also, however, tease you when necessary

My plans for dinner last night went out the window The landscaper came by and was "messing" with the pond. The new pump stopped working and the poor fishies were not happy. The pump is up and running again but now the pond lights are out It's always something....

So we went to my favorite bbq place in the neighborhood last night for dinner I had the 2 meat plate consisting of baby back ribs and sliced brisket. My two sides were baked beans and fried okra. The dog was very happy to receive rib bones and I had enough leftovers for lunch today

I still haven't decided on what to purchase with my C-D gift. I guess it is a good predicament to be in!

Can't help it that you're all so engrossed in your meals that you didn't notice...I took the entire screen out! No lock will cure that
