Half an onion fried in bacon grease, pork shoulder steak, and mashed potatoes. The only difference is that I finished cooking it in the oven instead of doing it all on the stove top.
Boneless curried barbecued chicken breast baked with potato halves and cabbage (still working on that 8 pound cabbage from my garden).
8 lb Cabbage ?? Wow!! I baked some chicken thighs not my fave but hectic day ..... piece meal actually!! Ravioli also ...sort of a odd emergency type dinner.
Whatever I want off the menu at a really nice Mexican restaurant. I am so ready.
