I'm thinking either fried chicken and macaroni or catfish, cole slaw, and fries.

Tonight I'll be making up some cube steaks. I guess I've had enough pork lately, and could use a change.

Avoid la cucaracha, Noma, and you should be fine.

I am not sure what's for dinner tonight - I am lobbying for Chinese but not gaining ground.

Hubby's out of town, so I'll be having some kind of unbalanced meal which I would normally not eat. I think it will be frozen fish fillets and potato latkes...grease, grease, and more grease. I will try to force myself to make a salad too.
Or, if my evil twin doesn't win, maybe I'll make a piece of salmon and try the new Thai 90 second rice with lime, coconut, and lemon grass I found yesterday.

Today, I am cooking. I made a home made cucumber dressing for salad. I am making baked spaghetti, bread w/ garlic, cream cheese, parmesan and butter. Chocolate chip cookies and homemade cocoa for dessert.
