I made pork chops and apples, sweet potato casserole, peas and instead of rolls I made stuffin' muffins.

I have got to get away from chicken and white potatoes ALL the time.

Charcoal grill brisket, baked potato, and garden salad. I know three days in a row but it was a big brisket.

Oh my we shared a pulled pork sandwich, a boneless pork chop sandwich and an Italian sausage with bell peppers & onions. Had a small swirl soft serve cone for our last taste of the fair for 2010. Kids had some of those thin cut potatoes that are deep fried with cheese sauce on them.
