It is BBQ night! Nothing too crazy on the menu. I'm going to do Johnsonville Beer Brautwursts and Montreal steak marinated chicken breasts. On the side we have Schwan's pirogies with a spiced seasoning and cheesy broccoli for the vegetable.

Homemade meat loaf(ugggh...gross) sliced into 1 inch thick slices and fried crispy on both sides(makes it a lil better) and mashed taters. Big Daddy Ipa for drinks, along with mint ice tea.

Mexican flank steak, ran thru the tenderizer, then marinated with oil, limes, chili's cumin, onion and garlic, grilled. Mexican rice, guacamole, big-knobbed green onions buttered and sprinkled with garlic salt, wrapped in foil and grilled.

We just had stuff out of the garden tonight. Fresh green beans, fried squash, and my DH requested that I fry the potatoes out of the garden, instead of drop them in the beans, so I did.
We had two small cucumbers on the side.

Fixing Hobos with a big hamburger patty on the bottom of foil. Pile on sliced potatoes, onions & carrots, S&P, garlic salt and a pat of butter. Wrap up the foil packets they are ready for the grill later. Fresh Indiana strawberries with real whipped cream much later.

Happy Father's day to all our foodie dads!
