Wow! it is 77 degrees here in Oregon!!! BBQ time!!! picked up some chicken breasts that I am going to smoke on the Traeger. Yum!!!

It's from her red book. What her momma passed down along with her collections. She said similar ingredients to King Ranch casserole I posted in recipes. Only King Ranch uses chicken and Cream of Mushroom soup. The Mexican uses ground beef and cream of chicken soup. Weird huh? I'll have to check out your recipe.. is it under casseroles?
