I bought a bag of discounted apples, 5 for $1. One had a small bruise. I ate it first after cutting off half a bite worth. It was juicy and crisp and delicious. The others are fine.

My oldest son was coming over to eat with myself and my other 2 sons. Our local U-bake pizza place was having a sale on our favorite family size pizza. They also had something where if you call in your order you save another dollar, which I did.

I guess we saved because we ate last night at Burger King instead of going to Longhorn Steakhouse. Burger King was having "any" sandwich 2 for $5. But it wasn't anywhere as good and fun as Longhorn.

I just registered my email with Honey Baked Ham and they will send you a free coupon for a deluxe ham sandwich on your birthday. Actually alot of places do that -- including La Madeliene and others.

on sundays i go to the laundry mat and wash my clothes, it costs me 3-5 bucks per week, compared to renting a washer and dryer from the landlord for an additional 40 bucks a month. it takes me 50 mins to wash the clothes. in addition, im not paying for electricity or water when do the wash, a great way to save.

I was frugal because I felt the need to get out of the house and so I drove to the park and walked a while and came back home without stopping at a store. No money spent except if you count the gas for my 4 cylinder Echo which is not even worth mentioning.
