Garden centers sell statues of owls and snakes you can put out. Would that fool them for a while?

Yes, they start coming in, around 6 a.m. They do beautiful leaps from one tree to another .

Get a hungry cat - If you are allergic, the right dog could also work - If you are allergic to both then try an electric fence or device specifically made for them. It sends a small charge that does not harm them but they obviously will stop the non-sense when they get tired of getting zapped.

Cotton balls soaked in peppermint oil has been pretty good about keeping rodents out of my AC condenser..... I have a number of dogs and two cats, so can't use any kind of poison..... supposedly, they don't like the peppermint scent......

A live trap, then drive them far, far far away. Farther than you think.

And don't get caught. You will be breaking the law.

I suggest changing the title of your post. It is misleading and my heart skipped a beat reading it.
I suggest you catch the squirrels and take them to a wild area conservation or something close to your home.

You could have bought them and brought them home in the time it has taken to write this thread. My wife did exactly that, with the apple trees in our yard and their avian friends.

I'm curious whether any of you who use netting have inadvertently caught wildlife you didn't intend to. When I covered my blueberry bushes with it, I ended up with three rather ticked off snakes, and I had a devil of a time freeing them. Now the birds are back to feasting on the berries.
