Did not see you made your own thread of garden pictures like Cambium does. Very nice looks awesome!
I think you should too. We'll have Montana, Pennsylvania and Connecticut garden updates to easily look back on. We should get someone from the south to start their own thread/diary.

LOVE the comparisons.
Whoa, Talk about a Nitrogen boost. That reminds me, I need to do more compost tea with just grass.

I will starting next year! I have been posting them in the general Vegetable thread but I will start my own thread next year
Corn has tassled but I'm not liking the ear development. This crop looks a little weird. I shouldn't have as many plants with multiple ears and tassles, and a lot of them don't look right. We'll see...
Had to cover the cabbage due to white moths. I've got a few heads that are ready to harvest but we are waiting until Friday to pick 'em. They are going straight to the shredder and into the crock for sauerkraut. We planted a new row of green beans (far left) and some more beets and spinach. We harvested the pak choi in the sheep tanks and my wife seeded some new bok choy, a larger variety, on Sunday. THEY HAVE ALREADY SPROUTED!! 3 days!!!

To my inexperienced eyes they look so healthy!

So interesting to hear what challenges other areas have. White moths? Is that a common thing there or just bad this year? Is it from the weather pattern?
White cabbage moths (butterflies) are pretty common and widely dispersed. They pretty much go after any leafy brassicas, laying eggs on the underside of leaves. They’re not as bad here as they were in WV, but bad enough for a floating row cover.
They love cabbage and collard greens but they leave the kale and bok choi alone.
