No you don't! Not unless you want to take delivery of a bunch of sawdust and useless piles of scrap metal.

The humping that goes on regular freight rail tracks between NY and Florida is so bad that your stuff would be destroyed before it got to the Mason Dixon line.

Contact an intermodal marketing company or 3PL if you want to consider using container-on-flatcar (COFC) service.
