Are you talking about literally blonde as in the hair or blonde as in the intelligence level. Because I don't want to accidentally offend anyone.

Warm sunny climates. If a woman has naturally very light brown hair, with a lot of sun (warm year round climates), it will turn blonde.

Yes sir... I prefer natural blondes, but some of those "fake" blondes are very beautiful, especially with a beautiful tan

Probably Minnesota. I saw more blondes there than anywhere in the U.S. It could be as high as 35% in some places.

Considering all the Mexicans and Asians that have infiltrated California, it in no way has a large percentage of blondes these days. Blondes became much smaller as a percentage starting in the 80s.
