Omaha - used to be (still think it is) highest number of millionaire per capita and also the world's richest (or one) of men. Take that set of citizens and then compare with the balance of the citizens and that's a pretty big gap.

New York City. Not only does it hav the most millionaires and billionaires, but it has the 3rd poorest county in the country (Bronx County).

If a city has a few billionaires and everyone else is doing OK, that city does not have that big of an income gap.
New Orleans has an income gap. It is a wealthy city, but a majority are poor and the middle class is sparse.
Omaha does not have an income gap.
