Than explain why East St. Louis which is 97.7% Black, has a per capita murder rate that resembles that of a warzone country even though it is a small town with less than 30,000 people. http://www.city-data.com/city/East-S...-Illinois.html
In 2007 for example they had a whopping murder rate of 101.9 per 100,000.
With a murder rate that extremely high, I would not be surprised if East St. Louis is the most dangerous small town in the world to live in.
You will not find a single small town in America that is predominantly White, that can compete with East St. Louis's sky high murder rate.
Even Brazilian cities like Rio De Janeiro and Sao Paulo do not have a murder rate as high as East St. Louis's.
Yeah I am sure. The worst year Sao Paulo ever had when it comes to homicides was in 1999 when the murder rate peaked at it's highest with 53 per 100,000. Now compare Sao Paulo's worst year with 53 murders per 100,000 to East St. Louis's worst year with 101.9 murders per 100,000.
If speaking strictly on a per capita basis and not a pure number basis, than East St. Louis is more dangerous than Sao Paulo.

Some more communities are: Bedford Heights OH, Silverton OH, Colwyn PA, Waverly VA, Keystone WV(no crime according to city-data, but only has about 500 residents), Lawnside NJ is about average and Fairmont IL, among others....
Wikipedia has Keystone as the only West Virginia town with an African-American majority. It is a pretty white state.
Mosses, Alabama is one of the "blackest" little towns in America (1,101 people, 97.8% black) and in 2003 their crime rate was very low. Their violent and overall crime rate seems consistently pretty low except for a few assaults in 2004-2005.
Uplands Park, Missouri is a small (440) town with little poverty, mostly families, no murder, no rape, and no registered sex offender. They do get a little assault and theft.
St. Louis County, Missouri seems to have several of these small largely black towns with little crime even though St. Louis itself is quite crime-ridden.

well from what i am seeing on the CDF posts, there is no crime in urban america, only a vicous conspiracy by the media to make those communities look bad by falsely accusing the inhabitants of things they never do. AA communities have no crime only KKK media barons attacking them.

Another small town with a majority Black population that has a high murder rate is Bessemer, Alabama which is 69.6% Black. It has a population of less than 30,000 people and the last recorded murder rate was 35.4 per 100,000 people http://www.city-data.com/city/Bessemer-Alabama.html

If you mean me you misread me. Blacks have higher crime rates. Blacks have higher murder rates. Majority black towns of over 20,000 people generally have high crime rates. (Although there are exceptions as Dolton, Illinois and Bloomfield, Connecticut have below average crime and murder rates) I don't deny those things.
However it's not a simple equation of "the more blacks a town has the more dangerous it is." And there are cultural factors involved, some of which are relevant to Southern whites.
