Of the 100 largest U.S. cities, the one with the highest percentage of non-Hispanic whites is Boise, ID, at 82.7. Spokane, WA, Scottsdale, AZ, and Lincoln, NE are all at or above 80 percent.
Though most cities lean left to one degree or another, some are widely known for being liberal. That includes the next city on the list, Madison, WI, at 73.9 percent. Likewise for the one that follows, Portland, OR at 70.5 percent. (The chart doesn't specify states, but Portland, ME is nowhere near a top-100 city.) Other cities well-known for being liberal, where the non-Hispanic white share of the population is above 50 percent, include Seattle, Minneapolis, and Denver.
EDIT to add that this list of 100 largest cities includes those that range down to just under 200,000 in population, presumably city proper.
EDIT again, I just noticed that Nashville is not listed. I don't mean just for the share of the white population, I mean it's not listed at all, despite easily fitting within the top 100. I do not know why it got left off. In any case, though, the city is liberal (despite the state of which it is the capital being strongly conservative) with a white population just over 50 percent.

Yeah looking at that list i'm not sure what criteria they used to come up with the "100 largest US cities". A few listed aren't actually in the top 100 by population(Des Moines and Hialeah are the two that popped out to me).
