Please, every major city has certain sections where different minorities live. If it was so segregated, howcome I see so many white people now in Harlem when I commute? Upper Manhattan and the south Bronx are being gentrified like no tomorrow. Don't call a city segregated unless you have lived there and seen all the areas, including the typical run down areas.
