This is a tough one.

In the US:

East: Eastport, Maine
West: Kaui, Hawaii
South: Honolulu, HI
North: Washington State, right before the Canadian border

Internationally/US:
East: Tokyo, Japan (I think)
West: Kaui, Hawaii
South: Leongatha, Vic, Australia
North: Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan (known as Astana when I went there)

This post made me realize that Hawaii is actually further south than Key West. Never occurred to me that this was the case.
