Mentioning the "Cenus", have you started your letter writing campaign to challenge them on removing Warner-Robbins from metro Macon?

Well i'm not going to because " common knowledge" will lead them to rejoin "WARNER ROBINS" to Macon's metro in the up coming/future census reports.

Besides Atlanta Augusta has alot of the population. Its the only 2nd tier city. That has three counties over 100,000 in its MSA. Richmond, Aiken, Columbia.

And i wonder why? The reason that Augusta has 3 counties over 100,000 people is because it has 2 of South Carolina counties. Most states have far less counties, which are much larger and heavy populated that Ga counties..... For Example Columbia pop 124,818 which is less than consolidated Augusta-Richmond 193,000 and 302.1 sq mi ... But Richland County has pop 357,734 and 756 sq mi which is doubled in size and pop. same with Aiken city(25,337) and county(150,181) being 1,080 sq mi. Thats why Augusta metro is larger in pop. If ga combined some of the smaller counties Macon, Columbus and Savannah metros pop would be about the same as Augusta's or even larger.
Most of Ga Counties are a lot smaller except for a Fulton and Laurens which are 2 of the few large counties in Ga.

Just For another Example Macon serves a economic hub for 22 MGA counties which has combined pop over 700,000, so just think if some of those where combined.

This a the map of the counties Macon Metro and the counties it which has the strongest economic draws.....

Lol I can show you a map of the CSRA which is over 20 counties. But all those counties aren't in Augusta MSA like the map above for Macon. I see Laurens county tags in Augusta. Forsyth are you kidding me. People in forsyth are going to Macon over Atlanta. Augusta has two suburban counties over 100,000. The reason is called growth. It has nothing to do with land size of a county. Look at how big laurens county is on your map. Dublin isn't exactly the biggest city.

that not growth, this has been the case in a lot of states there counties are alot larger than Ga counties giving them a much larger pop....... you can say what you want but this is not all growth.....Forsyth is only 15 minutes away why would some one drive to Atlanta which 40 min when you have Macon only 15 min to the south, unless you going to atlanta for high-end shopping or visiting family why go, you are the one kidding. What you me Larens county tag in augusta?

People in Forsyth are driving up to Henry County for more and more of their shopping.

It is just about as close for them as Macon is.
