Moving to a house in Greer, SC. Wanting to know if someone knows what utility companies serve this area so I can set up service.

Charter Communications is the cable company. But, obviously, there are other options for TV besides cable.

I live in the City of Greer, but have a Taylors mailing address. My electricity, gas and sewer are with Greer Commission of Public Works. My water is with Blue Ridge Water. Phone is BellSouth/AT&T.

I moved a whopping 1.5 miles last year. At my old house, the electricity was with Duke, water with Blue Ridge, and phone was BellSouth/AT&T. We didn't have gas there.

It all depends on where in Greer you are . . . you may want to ask your realtor/the current residents who has the services for that house.

Good point, rlbarth. After I made my post, I realized that Greer actually is split between two different counties and what's true for some may not be for others. Sorry if I confused anyone.
