Cyn, I think you are doing fantastic. You are coming up on your one year anniversary over the next few months. The second year is much better, it won't be a big blur.

Hi everyone!!! Lots of hugs to you all!!
They wont let me rep you either. Thanks

Thanks everyone! Smilin' that's exactly what I went through when my therapist moved on.....I know how you are feeling.
I did sleep so the Motrin and cream must have helped...I woke up a few times and had to move around but not as bad as I had feared. It really does hurt but I can't see what a Doctor could do..no swelling or bruising so it has to be a tendon or something like that. They just take time to heal I think. It was just such a horrible sound when it happened--like when you crack your neck. I will still call my doctor and see what they say. I am very limited on taking pain medications since I am here alone. It's that fear again of something happening out of my control and me not being able to do what I need to do. Sure be glad to get a grip on that! And yes elston...time for me to start realizing what my limitations are. Your song hit the nail on the head!

Hi Cyn!

Sorry about your arm - drink plenty of water, if it's the tendon it will help to drink a lot.

I apologize for not showing up as much as I used to, but we are moving next week and I am way over my head with things to do - plus the sweetpea to take care of, of course. Our days are crazy!

Big hugs

Bet you are excited! I can't imagine it. So good to know baby suds is well! Wish I lived closer to help--but probably couldn't do much with both of my arms a mess. I think the one I hurt yesterday is feeling a bit better. I'm trying very hard to take it easy. I will drink a lot of water--that is good to know. No apologizes ever needed from you---you never forget!

Thank you so much cyn. I sent you an email because I wanted to be sure that you knew and I had posted it in The Open House; we are very happy.
