Tender/Itchy/Burning Anus

One word: Biotin.

I am going to make a guess here as say that you have seborrheic dermatitis? Either bad dandruff and/or flaky skin on the forehead, between the eyebrows, or the folds of your nose?

Probably have heartburn too?

The itching and the fissures are probably cause by Candida

Buy some Tux. it;s a moistened, medicated bad that you can keep ...up there, in case there is any leakage.Ask a pharmacist about a good cream. Don't drink for a week. Drink a lot of water with lemon. Eat fruits and vegetables.
