This church language has been created for Bulgarians. Greeks "modernised" Slavic runs. Actually there were many ways.
The Greek church was not "orthodox". It was: "the right belief" (as Moslems)

The history of time.

Not the Hawkins cosmic sort, I've always wondered about the process which has left us with international standardized time.

As one rotation of the Earth, a day is a real concept, but the division of a day into 24 equal sections is artificial and could have been fewer or more hours, expanding or contracting the amount of time required to form an hour.

And of course it follows that the subdivisions of the artificial division system, hours, minutes and seconds, are also arbitrary.

Did everyone around the world decide that the 24 hour system was spiffy and adopt it universally, independent of others? Was it imported around the world, imposed around the world?.....in short, how did we get to the point where the entire planet is in agreement that it is presently 25 minutes past whichever hour prevails in their time zone?

Anyone know?

Huh?

Your "tense without walls" approach to sentence construction is enough in itself to obliterate any meaning, but I cannot even figure out how your response in any manner relates to my post.

The Greek church was not "orthodox".
Orthodox means unchanged. The Roman Catholic Church changed its rituals over time. The Greek Orthodox or Byzantine Church held to the old ways and rites.
