Being able to see into my neighbors bathroom it just depends on who is using it at the time.

My view is awesome for about a week while the large cherry tree in the front yard is blooming. Flowers everywhere!

Otherwise, I see either a tree (spring/summer/fall) or the front yard and street below.

So, maybe an 8 for a week or so in March, and otherwise a 4 or 5.

My bedroom window looks out over trees, so it's pleasant enough, but my kitchen window has an expansive view of the Front Range on clear days, and I wouldn't want to switch it.

My house is smack dab in the middle of a mature forest, some may consider this a 10 but not me. its not awful (certainly beats looking at the street or other houses), and I love the privacy, but i would say maybe its a 6 or 7. Its facing due East so it gets really bright sun in the morning so deduct 1 point for that and I am not looking out at a lake/mountains/ocean so deduct 2 points for that.

I'd rate it a 7. Not bad. I took a basic back yard with grass, fence and one HOA required tree and did some landscaping to make it private and inviting. I have a view of trees, flowers and yart. Since I planted my yard to attract butterflies, hummingbirds, birds and friendly insects, I tend to have butterflies flying around every time I look out the window. It's more of a hidden garden than a scenic view. I'm happy with what I've done so far.

My bedroom windows look out over my Knock Out Rose garden. Nice and serene.

I would give mine a 9; I have a large man made pond with trees beyond that. I would give it a 10 if there were some mountains but that's not going to happen in SW Florida. :-)

I have a view of the Ozark mountains, no neighbors or buildings in the way so I give it a 10!

Depends on what my neighbors are doing and if they left the curtains open.
