We live ina Coventry. Well built no issues. The few items we've needed fixing we warrantied and they didn't give us pushback. It boils down to the given community's construction manager--how thorough he is and how he's used the same trades. This rule applies to any and all builders. Some builders are loyal to certain trades. Others low bid every community. In our case the community construction manager had been there 7+ years and had used the same trades the whole time. And you can tell by how efficient they built and how few mistakes they made. Our neighbors, on the other hand, had a much different experience with another builder--new construction manager and new trades. They have had lots of issues. Anothe important thing to consider is warranty. Doesn't the builder hold up their end of the deal ? So far I haven't heard any complaints on Coventry. I hear good things about Warranty service for Perry and Highland from friends.
