Did another tour of Montrose today, focusing less on Westheimer and Montrose (the street) and more on "residential" Montrose. Gotta get it all uploaded and put together...

Photo tour of Yorkshire in 77079. Western Memorial/Energy Corridor.
Walking Tour of Yorkshire-77079

I've gotten several PM's about posting pictures of 77079. And so I finally have a few of Yorkshire. Next week I'll add some of Terry Hershey/Buffalo Bayou which Yorkshire backs to.

As you can see, Western Memorial is a barren wasteland.

A little Creole number that backs to the bayou

Complete with Spanish Moss

But if you want to go full on French, there's a little of that too.

The houses are really built right on top of each other.

Scarlett O'Hara lives here

Or maybe here

But if you want more English style, there's that too. Turret included.

And some Georgian

And new fangled, new build, Hill Country style on the Bayou is all the rage.

This one was just bought and will be razzed. What are the chances it will be Hill Country style too?

I think the Brady's lived here once. You can catch a glimpse of Terry Hershey up their driveway

One of the treeless esplanades

I bet this house gets loud during Hail storms

If you like that David Weekly 1990's style, this one's for you

Sometimes you just wish for a little shade

The end.
