Yeah, the whole "West of CLR" thing got derailed about 2 pages in and it's pretty much Madison and West now

I don't think it is going to be a mattress store. There is only one small door on the rear of the building and the front double door entrance. I would think that for something like mattresses, you would have a larger door for loading product. The parking lot seems pretty optimistic for mattresses, too.

Verizon was supposed to build a free standing store in front of Southern Family Market to the west of the bank. They got a parcel subdivided for that last year.

I'll be disappointed if its not a mattress store of some sort.



Wouldn't mind seeing Wells Fargo open up a branch west of Hughes.
