Some Americans perhaps would take those jobs but farmers have unlimited visas for legal immigrant workers so that still doesn't justify them using illegal alien labor. They do it because it is cheaper but it is still against the law.

Here's the email I sent to them:

Only a very small percentage of illegal aliens in the USA work on farms. Most are doing landscaping, construction, etc., which American citizens have no trouble doing. There is no reason for a farmworker to be illegal; these visas are just about unlimited.

Your message is extremely misleading and grossly inaccurate. I suppose you are counting on the American people not paying attention to the news or what is happening around them. Sorry, won’t work. We are VERY aware of what’s going on.

This is some scare tactic. There's no job offers, they just want to see how many will sign up.

I was born and raised on a Dairy Farm in NW Michigan.

I sgned up to see what kind of response I'd get.

It's a Law that employers must pay over time to legal workers.
They cannot treat legal workers like illegals.......and they know it.
