Alfredo Garcia, a paraplegic who has been in a wheelchair since 1996, is a serial plaintiff. The 41-year-old illegal immigrant and convicted felon makes a living suing small businesses in Southern California for allegedly violating the Americans with Disabilities Act and its California equivalent.
"Mr. Garcia became disabled because he fell out of an avocado tree while intoxicated. Mr. Garcia has felonies, one for selling weapons, one for selling crack, one for vehicular burglary," he added.
In a 2009 sworn deposition, Garcia admitted to violating his probation by snorting cocaine and smoking pot. He also admitted that he's not a U.S. citizen, doesn't have a green card and bought two Social Security cards off the street.
you cant deport if you do they will walk over again.
anyway, its true he is only here to work.......it. they are quickly adapting to our ways, workers comp litigation, the race card, an extremely lax criminal justice system, and so forth.
He's a convicted felon illegal - aren't they the ones we're told ICE is targetting for deportation ahead of all those "law abiding honest folks who just come here for a better life"?
One has to ask - why the HELL is he still in this country?
Exactly! Apparently, he is considered one of the “non-violent” illegals. It’s alright to sell drugs and weapons, and steal from cars, as long as they’re a “peaceful” criminal, they deserve “potential citizen” status.
He admitted to buying 2 social security cards off the street. That's fraud. Why is he still here? If he isn't American, why is he suing using the Americans with Disabilities Act? Again, fraud. Why is he still here?
