Cabrera had a warning for supporters of the initiative.

"Anti-immigrant legislation proponents should do well in remembering that this past November, candidates who advanced anti-immigrant or tactless ideas and policies went down to defeat," he said. "California is an immigrant state and those who ignore this fact will see their efforts fizzle."

When the Pro's and Illegal supporters are beat, and know it.

I so agree. None of us are anti-"immigrant" we are anti-"illegal alien". Will the lies on the left ever stop? Note also that California was referred to as an "immigrant" state. Pardon me, but Calif. citizens well outnumber any "immigrant" population in our state and that is true of our entire nation.
