Well, I am a Democrat, I just vote for the best candidate, not party. I am an American citizen first.
As am I. I vote based on the candidate that best reflects my own values and who will represent the majority, not some special interest groups and who has respect for our laws and will uphold them.

I have no idea what the law is. I was just assuming Chicagonut was talking about some hypothetical law that she wanted to see. It doesn't really matter, we're talking about what Chicagonut thinks, not what any one particular law says.
In other words, your comments weren’t actually in response to anything she said. Rather, it was an attempt to portray our immigration laws as being discriminatory. But, when asked to post said discriminatory laws, you can’t, so you pretend your comments were in response to an ASSUMED hypothetical law by chicagonut, despite the fact that she had not said or implied anything to give the impression that she was referencing a hypothetical law. In fact, she actually mentioned a REAL law, SB1070. C’mon, let’s not play game.

And I would add to this that there are no racist policies or laws in place against Hispanic-citizens. Just more lies and smears by the pro-illegals.

The bill in Arizona isn't limited to people driving a car. It gives the police the power to stop ANYONE they "reasonably suspect" may be illegally in the country (even if they aren't suspected of any other crime) and arrest them if they don't have any documentation.
Please cite your source. It is my understanding they must have probable cause AFTER stopping someone for violating a law. They can’t simply stop a person because they “suspect” them of being in the country illegally. That’s utter BS, and you know it.
