Many mourn Milford's Matthew Denice - Framingham, MA - The MetroWest Daily News

"Michael Denice told mourners how his brother graduated from Framingham State University this year, had just started a job in information technology, which was his field of study, and was excitedly shopping for suits to wear days before he died.

"I was blessed to have Matthew in my life for 23 years," Denice said. "He was the best brother one could ask for. He was kind, caring and compassionate."

People gravitated toward Matthew because of his "amazing smile," Denice said. "He was always a positive person."

He said his brother always found time to help him and was coming home after helping a friend's father fix a car when the accident occurred."

Victim’s kin to Deval: Crackdown on illegals no ‘stunt’

Victim’s kin to Deval: Crackdown on illegals no ‘stunt’ - BostonHerald.com (http://www.bostonherald.com/news/regional/view.bg?articleid=1369389 - broken link)

The stepfather of a Milford man who was dragged to death — allegedly by a drunken driving Ecuadoran illegal alien with an arrest record — wants Gov. Deval Patrick to know he doesn’t consider the get-tough policy pushed by Massachusetts sheriffs a “publicity stunt,” while information emerged late yesterday that a Brazilian arrested Monday in a Marshfield stabbing murder was previously picked up by local police who never notified immigration authorities.

“We believe our son would still be alive,” Michael Maloney, stepfather of dragging victim Matthew J. Denice, told the Herald outside the family’s Milford home yesterday. The Secure Communities program that Patrick rejected is common-sense law enforcement, Maloney said after learning of Patrick’s dismissal of strict immigration enforcement efforts as a “publicity stunt.”

More families of victims need to come forward and DEMAND that the immigration laws be enforced. It is a very painful thing to endure your love one being brutally murdered. I applaud the Denice family in having the courage to step up to the plate and bat one out of the park.

Anti-illegal immigration protest in Milford - Framingham, MA - The MetroWest Daily News

"The family of Matthew Denice is organizing a peaceful anti-illegal immigration demonstration outside Town Hall

"We want to let the consulate representatives know illegal immigrants are not welcome in (Milford) and as a community we're going to stand by that''

Michael Denice encouraged participants to bring signs, banners and American flags to the demonstration. Information about the event spread through Facebook and about 100 people have indicated through the social networking website that they plan to attend"

Gee..these poor undocumented immigrants are just trying to make a better life for themselves. (liberals).

I guess that goes out the window when it finally starts hitting home. Just wait til more illegals start showing up in the northeast cities.

Well that is of course true. There are those sources you agree with and the biased ones.

With your views nothing else is possible.

And, by the way, I sometimes use CIS analysis as they generally tell truth...they slant it and such but don't use bad data.

FAIR and Numbers USA are fantasy.

Yeah, FAIR lists incorrect data, and tries to build their case from it...

The family sponsorship example they use is a ton of laughs...

Knowing what appears to be willing falsehoods, I can't understand why anyone would believe them...

The sources FAIR and CIS are both good they have testified on Capitol Hill as experts in the field of legal and illegal immigration many times. Check out their sites:

Center for Immigration Studies, CIS
Illegal Immigration | Center for Immigration Studies

Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR)
FAIR: Federation for American Immigration Reform

First of all, most liberals are NOT for illegals. Stop painting us all with one brush.

Secondly, our cities here in Massachusetts are taken over by illegals already. Entire cities where English is not spoken and where most law abiding people dare not go.

This state is run by a governor who wants to give drivers licenses to illegals and to give them in state tuition. No wonder illegals flock here.

There are plenty of us here who are liberal and want these people O-U-T!
