Strange title. It should have read "Mexican man deported to Mexico", as he was here illegally and has been repeatedly deported and is a felon.

It also claims his wife was destroyed by the decision but there is nothing preventing her from joining her husband back in his home country. It's not as though she's got a job here or anything because she doesn't. And she cannot even claim a language barrier as she speaks Spanish better than she speaks English.

Poor Jennifer. She and the kids can always join him in Mexico. Anyone stupid enough to marry an illegal gets no sympathy from me. It's too bad she didn't have enough sense not to include children in her irresponsible decision. But, no biggie. With his history of illegal reentry, he'll return.

What is really pathetic is how she is using her kids, trying to get them to cry for the cameras because she is some open-borders radical who doesn't think she nor her husband should be held to any laws.

1. If this illegal was making enough to support a non-working wife and four kids, he was using a stolen social security number and definitely took a job an American citizen would do.

2. If this illegal was working only a job an illegal would do, he was not earning enough to pay for her many maternity hospital stays, nor the pediatric care for their kids.

My guess is actually both, he was working for subpar pay and using a stolen social security number, committing felony document fraud. Bringing in some money for her to enjoy but the taxpayers were given the bill for her hospital stays and providing her food stamps and WIC coupons. Low skilled illegals have a tough enough time trying to make it in their own country with it's much lower cost of living.

If by some chance this illegal was earning $50,000 or more a year here, then there is absolutely no reason he cannot do a middle class job back in his own country and continue to be her sole support.

Actually Mexico does accept the spouses and children of it's returning citizens.

What it won't do is provide her tons of food stamps because she chose to have 4 kids, and she would have to pay something for doctor's office visits and hospital stays. No WIC coupons, no Section 8 housing.

It makes it seems she's out-and-out lying by saying he was the sole support of her family because then why would she choose staying here instead of staying with her husband?

It seems she loves the American government handouts quite a lot more than she loves him. Sure she says the children should see their father -- but no one is stopping her from joining him so that they can. Yes, again, it seems that the food stamps and WIC coupons win out. A father is important but not THAT important.
