Probably a ramp-up of emotional breakdowns from certain posters over this issue who are upset that there is not a 100% deportation or otherwise criminal charges. Clearly the kids are devil spawn.
No, clearly these kids and their parents belong in their own countries.
The kids should be sent home along with their parents. If they really did learn English and understand American culture and so on -- then they can apply to come legally and will very likely have better chances than their countrymen who never had that opportunity.
These people truly think they should be rewarded and moved to the front of the lines -- even by going back home, they would have better chances than those who never lived here -- if in fact they learned anything while here --- why isn't that enough for them?

What is the criteria for a case to immigrate exactly as you have said? You mentioned "better chances" twice, what extra ability does living in the United States provide every one of these individuals over those that stayed in their home country when it comes to actual immigration? There seems to be a representation that someone can just fill out an application, and wait some time, to come to the United States.
Tell us which specific USCIS form these individuals can use to "apply to come legally"...
In USCIS parlance, it is an "RFE" (Request For Evidence)...
I didn't really hear any further response about the minimum sponsorship age for an "Anchor Baby" to sponsor their parents or siblings. Is it 18 or 21? You claimed to have caught me in a "whopper", but it is a very fundamental answer for the I-130 process...
Most of them aren't kids. Many are arrogant, tax evading, deeply racist high school dropouts who think a GED in Spanish should qualify them to skip our immigration lines in the middle of a recession so they can collect welfare from the American public.
We're not the ones arguing that asking foreign nationals to return home is breaking up families and forcing people to live in Nazi Germany.
woohoo ! you go girl (I think you are a girl...LOL). Well said. Somebody elected this guy that is putting this country in harms way and I don't see how the Repubs can justify pandering this way.....for gosh sakes, at least put up a fight !
,,,NCN...snipped...Romney was ahead in the presidental race until he started courting the Hispanics. Somebody decided that he could not win without the Hispanic vote. I say that he would have won if he hadn't started courting the Hispanics because there is a silent majority out there that would have turned out to vote if he hadn't waffled. He lost the election because he did not stand up for what was right.....snipped...
I completely disagree with this. Romney took the hardest line with illegals of any of the candidates and it lost him votes. Romney was right, though he got beat up for it, Obama bought those votes.

Do you honestly believe it's in the best interest of this country to reward illegal aliens? If so, how many, and how often should these rewards be offered? Do you actually not realize how this country is being played? Illegals have always used their children to tug at our heartstrings. But, you're right about one thing. Rewarding illegals (of any age) will only result in even more illegal immigration in the future. And, few support 100% deportation. Why should we waste even more tax funds, especially considering most will only return? No, we need to start enforcing our current laws. Then, so-called "reform" would not be necessary.
They are not "kids." They're adults, and most commit the same crimes as their parents. Should we also reward the adult "kids" of homegrown criminals?

Millions have been approved after applying and waiting. That's the legal process. Sadly, millions continue to wait in their homeland while illegals are given preferential treatment for violating our laws. Of course, all cannot be approved. Those denied must accept the decision, and move on. No one has a God-given right to be granted admission to this country.
